His biscuits....

Earth laughs in flowers ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

My neighbor brought her houseplants outdoors and placed them in the garden. This morning when I was watering my plants, I noticed that her Hibiscus had bloomed. Whenever I see this flower I think of my friend in Texas, "K"'s grandbaby calls this plant "His Biscuits".

Elenka this is really a gorgeous plant, wonder if it would have bloomed in her house? I am so happy she has added her blooms to my container garden.

His Biscuits, too cute. My left hand, which has ideas of its own, invariably types in an extra s, so that it reads Hisbiscus.

That left hand leaves the right to play the melody and I never know how the bass part is going to sound, when I play the piano. The left hand is forbidden, however, to play a boogie sound during church.

LOL .. I just got an image of you bursting out in a boogie during church service :) Our mutual friend "K" shared the story of her grandbaby and the "hisbicuits" some time ago and I always think of her when I see one.
