What a wonderful dish ! Ya know, when you keep picking up an item at the market, only to find there was 3 additional packages in the pantry.... guess how many packages of lasagna noodles I have!!! 4 ! ;-)
LOL ... I actually took a list to the grocer today, and then proceeded to forget to buy a couple of items (hey, they weren't on the list:)
Pasta is one of the items I never run out of because, like you, I pick it up whenever I go to the grocer.

Ohiomom, I think that dish is the perfect comfort food. I remember my mom making lasagna on the first Sunday of every month. She would make it the day before. So the next morning we would go to church come home and mom would throw it in the oven. I always looked forward to it. Your dish brings back old memories. Thank you!
